Account takeover via cross-tab 2FA bypass

Authentication bypass in Devolutions Server 2024.1.14.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access another account. The 2FA workflow accepts a parallel-tab login for an account whose username and password are known without issuing that account's second-factor challenge. Valid victim credentials and an existing authenticated session are required; the bypass grants account access without completing 2FA.
