Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Purchase Order Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary server code. The /admin?page=user handler fails to restrict dangerous upload types, allowing a server-executable file to be stored and invoked. Administrative privileges are required, and successful exploitation grants code execution in the web server's security context.
