CVE-2024-4841Public exploit

Filesystem structure disclosure via unsanitized model path

Published Jun 23, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024

Path traversal in ParisNeo LoLLMs WebUI 9.6 through latest allows local users to disclose filesystem structure via a crafted path. The add_reference_to_local_mode function accepts the path parameter at /add_reference_to_local_model without sanitizing traversal sequences before resolving local model references. The local HTTP interface has no built-in authentication, and the reported consequence is limited to learning folder, subfolder, and file names.
