Authenticated command execution via diagnostic address injection

Command injection in TP-Link TL-IPC42C firmware 4.0_20211227_1.0.16 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The dsd binary's sub_2D85A function copies the ping or tracert addr value into a shell command with snprintf and passes it to system without neutralizing command syntax. Access requires a valid stok session token on the camera's adjacent network, and successful injection grants command execution with the diagnostic service's privileges.
