Server file disclosure via unchecked curl request
Published Oct 25, 2024 · Updated Oct 30, 2024
Server-side request forgery in Mipjz Project MIPCMS 5.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to read server files via postAddress. The mipPost method in app\setting\controller\ApiAdminTool.php passes the unprocessed postAddress value directly to curl_exec and returns the result. Access to the administrative endpoint requires high privileges, and successful exploitation exposes server-local file contents without changing data or interrupting service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
