Unauthenticated arbitrary file upload via unchecked suffix

Unrestricted file upload in Thecosy IceCMS 3.4.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to store attacker-chosen files through HTTP. FileUtils.uploadFile takes the suffix from MultipartFile.getOriginalFilename(), appends it to a random UUID, and calls transferTo() in the web-accessible logistics directory without an extension check. The endpoint requires no authentication; the published request demonstrates upload and retrieval of attacker-controlled content, but does not establish server-side code execution.
