Administrator account deletion via unvalidated cross-site request

CSRF in dingfanzu CMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to delete an administrator account through a crafted request to its admin endpoint. The /admin/doAdminAction.php handler accepts attacker-controlled act=delAdmin and id=17 parameters from a cross-site POST and performs the deletion without validating the request origin. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to submit the attacker's form, which deletes the targeted account and can remove administrative access.
