Prompt injection in Zhipu AI CodeGeeX 2.17.0 allows attackers to exfiltrate prior and subsequent chat data through a crafted chat message. The chatbox interprets the untrusted message as an instruction to transmit stored and future conversations to an attacker-controlled site. Exploitation requires the crafted message to be entered in the extension's chat window, and the disclosed consequence is persistent conversation disclosure.
