Broker crash via unthrottled recv-q growth

Denial of service in NanoMQ 0.22.7 allows remote attackers to crash the MQTT broker through a crafted sequence of requests. The broker permits MQTT packets to accumulate in recv-q without effective throttling, rapidly exhausting the process's file descriptors. Network access to the MQTT listener is sufficient; exhaustion terminates the broker and interrupts messaging service.
