Improper access control in Solidigm DC SSD firmware allows physically proximate attackers to gain unauthorized access to stored data. Solidigm identifies improper access-removal handling but does not disclose the firmware locus or the operation whose authorization is not removed. Physical access and existing low privileges are required; successful exploitation permits data disclosure or modification without interrupting service.
