Out-of-bounds memory write via unchecked firmware-log index

Out-of-bounds write in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 1.15 RTM through 24.3 RTM allows guest OS users to corrupt GPU memory. The rgxfw_hwr_log_info firmware routine trusts psHWRInfoBuf->ui32WriteIndex when accessing memory shared with the guest kernel, allowing a write beyond the guest's virtualized GPU-memory boundary. Kernel-level code must already run inside a guest VM; the bounded impact is an unauthorized write outside that guest's GPU memory.
