Cross-boundary data disclosure via unchecked block count
Published Jan 13, 2025 · Updated Jan 13, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 1.15 RTM through 24.2 RTM2 allows guest OS users to read data beyond guest GPU memory. GPU firmware accepts a guest-supplied firmware-log block count without validating its bounds, then uses the resulting out-of-range pointer offset to copy memory into fwlog. The attacker must run kernel software inside a guest VM, and the vendor has not described the exposed data or resulting availability loss.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
