Freed kernel memory read-write via premature PMR unlock

Use-after-free in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 1.13 RTM through 24.2 RTM1 allows local users to read and write freed physical memory. For on-demand non-4KB PMRs in UMA system memory, PMRUnlockPhysAddressesOSMem releases physical pages without effective protection against continued GPU access. Locally installed non-privileged software must issue GPU system calls; successful access compromises the confidentiality and integrity of memory reachable by the GPU.
