Kernel use-after-free via stream-close double free
Published Jan 31, 2025 · Updated Mar 18, 2025
Use-after-free in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 24.3 RTM2 and earlier allows local users to trigger kernel exceptions. A race in TLServerCloseStreamKM frees the same PTL_STREAM_DESC object twice while closing a stream, leaving kernel code to use released memory. Non-privileged software with access to the GPU system-call interface can reach the flaw, with confidentiality, integrity, and availability at risk.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
