Administrator code execution via PHAR path deserialization

Deserialization in Chamilo LMS 1.11.12 through 1.11.26 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary server code. The vChamilo manage.testdatapath.php endpoint combines an administrator-set phar:// course root with a request-controlled path and passes it to is_dir, causing PHP before 8.0 to deserialize an uploaded PHAR through available gadget classes. Exploitation requires an administrator account, the disabled-by-default vChamilo plugin, an uploaded payload, PHP before 8.0, and suitable gadget classes; commands run with the web server's privileges.
