Arbitrary email sending via unrestricted AJAX parameters
Published Jun 19, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Improper input validation in Cost Calculator Builder Pro 3.1.75 and earlier allows remote attackers to send arbitrary email via AJAX. The send_pdf and send_pdf_front functions accept attacker-controlled recipient and message content without sufficient restrictions before dispatching mail. Neither WordPress authentication nor user interaction is required, allowing abuse of the site's mail capability to deliver attacker-chosen messages to any recipient.
