Unauthorized stylesheet loading via backslash normalization mismatch

Path traversal in MediaWiki CSS Extension allows remote attackers to load stylesheets from outside the configured directory. The CSS parser function validates a path after wfExpandUrl processing, but browsers later convert backslashes to slashes, letting a crafted path escape the allowed location. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized stylesheet loading from another MediaWiki path.
