Application crash via malformed LRC timestamp

NULL-pointer dereference in GStreamer gst-plugins-base before 1.24.10 allows attackers to crash applications via malformed LRC files. In gstsubparse.c, parse_lrc passes strchr()'s NULL result onward as start + 1 when an input line omits the closing ']', causing g_strdup() to dereference it. The file must be processed by an application using the LRC subtitle parser; the bounded consequence is a segmentation-fault application crash.
