Out-of-bounds read via freed CodecPrivate buffer

Use-after-free in GStreamer gst-plugins-good before 1.24.10 allows local users to trigger out-of-bounds reads via crafted Matroska input. gst_matroska_demux_parse_stream stores CodecPrivate data whose backing memory is freed by gst_matroska_track_free, then caps_serialize reads that stale buffer through gst_value_serialize_buffer. Reaching the flaw requires processing the crafted file; GHSL observed it only under AddressSanitizer and reported an out-of-bounds read and memory leak without a crash.
