Access-token disclosure via incomplete raw-log redaction
Published Oct 8, 2024 · Updated Apr 14, 2025
Sensitive-data exposure in Directus before 10.13.2 allows local users with log access to read access tokens from raw HTTP logs. The raw Express logger's redaction list omits req.query.access_token, so query-string tokens remain visible while other credentials are censored. Exploitation requires LOG_STYLE=raw, a token-bearing request, and access to the resulting logs; a disclosed token grants its assigned permissions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
