Local service crash via unassigned DLM resource

NULL pointer dereference in Linux DLM allows local users to crash an affected system through a newly created lock request. During DLM request_lock() error logging, code dereferences lkb->lkb_resource before validate_lock_args() has attached a resource and treats an arbitrary resource-name byte array as printable text. Reachability requires low-privilege local access, a newly created lock block without an assigned resource, and the relevant debug logging path; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
