Authentication bypass in Jenkins OpenId Connect Authentication Plugin 4.354.v321ce67a_1de8 and earlier allows attackers to gain administrator access. The authentication flow accepts a signed ID Token without verifying that its aud claim names the Jenkins client. Exploitation requires a controller configured to use the plugin as its security realm and a token accepted despite targeting another client.
