Information disclosure in Jenkins Credentials Plugin 1380.va_435002fa_924 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to view encrypted credentials. When item config.xml is returned through REST API or CLI, the plugin fails to redact SecretBytes values such as certificate and secret-file credentials. Item/Extended Read permission and a release other than 1371.1373.v4eb_fa_b_7161e9 are required; exposure is limited to encrypted credential values.
