Stored XSS via unescaped wiki metadata

Stored XSS in Miraheze WikiDiscover allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in browsers viewing Special:WikiDiscover. WikiDiscoverWikisPager::formatValue inserts wiki names and descriptions into generated page markup without HTML escaping. An attacker must be able to set a wiki name or description; the payload then executes when a visitor opens the listing, exposing that browser session to script-driven data access or actions.
