Restricted page-item disclosure via incomplete authorization
Published Oct 8, 2024 · Updated Oct 8, 2024
Incorrect authorization in the TYPO3 CMS Page Tree allows remote authenticated users to view page items outside their assigned access. The Page Tree item-selection logic retains entries when a web mount targets a restricted page or when no mounts exist and everybody access is set. Exploitation requires a backend account and one of those permission configurations; it reveals page-tree items but does not permit their manipulation.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
