Application crash via unvalidated WAV chunk size

Out-of-bounds read in GStreamer gst-plugins-good before 1.24.10 allows local users to crash applications via crafted WAV files. In gst_wavparse_adtl_chunk in gstwavparse.c, an input-derived size can underflow when four bytes are subtracted and can exceed the data buffer while the loop reads tags without checking the remaining bounds. The application must parse the malformed adtl chunk; the documented consequence is an out-of-bounds process-memory read or a segmentation-fault crash.
