CVE-2024-47766Network attack vector

Restricted tracker disclosure via cross-project permission reuse

Published Oct 14, 2024 · Updated Oct 15, 2024

Authorization bypass in Tuleap allows remote authenticated users to read restricted tracker data through the Cross Tracker Search widget. TrackersPermissionsRetriever checks ProjectAdmin membership without the current project context, reusing authority from one queried project for trackers in another. Exploitation requires administration of one project and membership in another, and exposes only tracker fields and views otherwise barred to that account.
