CVE-2024-47759Network attack vector

Stored script execution via SVG document preview

Published Nov 15, 2024 · Updated Nov 21, 2024

Stored cross-site scripting in GLPI 9.2.0 through 10.0.16 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a viewer's browser. The document workflow accepts SVG uploads with embedded script and serves their contents to viewers without neutralizing executable markup. Technician privileges are required to plant the file, and a separate user must open the document before the script reads data available to that user's GLPI session.
