Kernel crash via unchecked ATID lookup

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux cxgb4 RDMA driver allows attackers to crash the kernel when connection handling receives an invalid ATID. The act_establish() and act_open_rpl() callbacks dereference lookup_atid()'s NULL return when the identifier is invalid or absent from the ATID table. The affected path is specific to Chelsio T4 RNIC connection handling; public records disagree on whether network traffic alone can reach it, but the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
