Kernel memory disclosure via uncleared BPF outputs

Information disclosure in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to read stale kernel memory through failed BPF helper calls. Non-tracing helpers leave former ARG_PTR_TO_LONG or ARG_PTR_TO_INT output values uncleared on errors, and MTU helpers can read an uninitialized mtu_len value. Reachability requires local BPF program execution; tracing helpers are excluded because their CAP_PERFMON gate already permits kernel-memory access.
