Kernel data exposure via oversized rtw89 handler count

Out-of-bounds reading in Linux 6.10 through 6.11.1 allows physically proximate attackers to expose kernel data via Wi-Fi events. The unused READ_WOW_CAM enum entry makes NUM_OF_RTW89_MAC_C2H_FUNC_WOW exceed the implemented handler table, so dispatch can index beyond that table. Reachability requires an rtw89-driven Realtek wireless device and a crafted adjacent-network event; the resulting read can disclose kernel memory or crash the host.
