Kernel crash via incorrect PHY-array dereference

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel mt7915 Wi-Fi driver allows local users to crash affected MT7986 systems during station removal. mt7915_band_config assigns band index 1 to the main PHY on MT7986 devices with MT7975_ONE_ADIE or MT7976_ONE_ADIE, and mt76_wcid_cleanup uses wcid->phy_idx to dereference the wrong phys-array entry. The flaw requires the mt7915 driver on this single-radio hardware combination; reaching station cleanup causes a kernel Oops and service interruption.
