Local system crash via post-RCU TSF dereference

Unsafe pointer dereference in the Linux wilc1000 driver allows local users to crash affected systems during a Wi-Fi connection. wilc_parse_join_bss_param reads ies->tsf after leaving its RCU read-side critical section, so the ies pointer can reference updated or freed memory. Reachability requires the Microchip WILC1000 or WILC3000 Wi-Fi driver and a concurrent update during connection processing; the documented consequence is unpredictable memory access or a system crash.
