System crash via unchecked IPv6 route pointer

NULL pointer dereference in Linux IPv6 routing code allows local users to crash the system during network-device teardown. rt6_uncached_list_flush_dev dereferences rt6i_idev after an earlier change removed the check that allowed this pointer to be NULL. A low-privileged local user must reach device removal and IPv6 shutdown; the documented consequence is an availability-only kernel fault.
