Kernel crash via unchecked ext4 remount stripe size

Divide-by-zero in affected Linux ext4 kernels allows local users to crash the kernel by remounting a filesystem with an incompatible stripe size. The ext4 remount path retains a stripe value smaller than the cluster ratio, causing EXT4_B2C to return zero for a later divisor.
