Kernel crash via NULL protection-domain cleanup

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux 6.11 allows local users to crash the kernel during failed mlx5 InfiniBand driver initialization. mlx5r_umr_cleanup passes an unset protection-domain pointer to ib_dealloc_pd_user after an earlier allocation failure leaves the pointer NULL. The panic requires the mlx5 InfiniBand driver to enter its initialization error path; the demonstrated consequence is a host service interruption, with no reported data access or modification.
