Kernel crash via uninitialized MR resource release

Use of uninitialized resources in Linux 6.7 through 6.10.12 and 6.11 through 6.11.1 allows local users to crash the kernel. On an error path from mlx5_vdpa_dev_add(), mlx5_vdpa_destroy_mr_resources() releases memory-region resources that were never initialized, causing vhost_iotlb_del_range() to dereference a null pointer. Reaching the path requires local low-privileged access to the vDPA device-add operation and an mlx5 vDPA configuration, and exploitation interrupts the host through a kernel oops or crash.
