Local system crash via streamless DSC recomputation

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel AMD display code allows local users to crash the system during MST and DSC display reconfiguration. compute_mst_dsc_configs_for_link recomputes DSC parameters without first confirming that the link has a stream, then passes a null stream into time-slot lookup. Triggering requires local low-privileged access and an AMD display setup using MST with DSC; the bounded impact is a kernel oops or system crash.
