Permission grants via inactive popup pointer events

Clickjacking in Mozilla Firefox before 126, Firefox ESR before 115.11, and Thunderbird before 115.11 allows remote attackers to obtain permissions. The PopupNotifications panel continues accepting pointer events while a Windows WebAuthn security-key dialog leaves its browser window inactive, bypassing the normal activation delay. Exploitation requires a user to perform deceptive clicks on attacker-controlled content; the resulting action grants the permission selected by those clicks.
