Service interruption via leaked exFAT upcase tables

Resource leak in Linux 6.8 through 6.10.12 and 6.11 through 6.11.1 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through exFAT mounts. In fs/exfat/nls.c, exfat_load_upcase_table returns -EINVAL without releasing its allocated buffer before exfat_load_default_upcase_table allocates a replacement. Reaching the path requires local access and permission to mount a crafted exFAT filesystem; repeated mounts deplete kernel memory and interrupt service.
