Kernel memory corruption via stale radix pointer

Race condition in Linux before 6.11 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through concurrent bcachefs operations. Concurrent depth growth in __genradix_ptr_alloc leaves a preallocated node pointing to the old root after a failed cmpxchg, then reuses it without zeroing. Write access to a mounted bcachefs volume is required; the stale pointer enables kernel-memory disclosure or corruption and can panic the kernel.
