System hangs via oversized inbound PCIe TLPs

Data corruption in the Linux PCI Keystone driver allows local users to hang AM65x SR 1.0 systems through oversized inbound PCIe TLPs. The driver leaves PCIe maximum read-request and payload sizes above 128 bytes, so TLPs spanning more than two internal 128-byte AXI bursts can corrupt payload data. Only AM65x silicon revision 1.0 using the Keystone PCIe controller is affected, and corruption can hang applications or the processor.
