Kernel crash via dangling PHY completion pointer

Use-after-free in the Linux pm80xx SCSI driver allows local users to crash the kernel via a delayed PHY reset response. The pm8001_phy_control() function stores a stack completion pointer, waits 300 ms, returns without clearing it, and lets a late reset response call complete() through the dangling pointer. Triggering the flaw requires local access, the pm80xx driver, and a PHY response after the timeout; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption.
