Service interruption via truncated ramping boundary

Integer overflow in the AMD display driver in Linux 4.15 through 6.10.8 allows local users to interrupt service through display handling. Two assignments store 0xFFFF in the uint8_t ramping_boundary field of dmub_rb_cmd, truncating the value instead of using the valid 0xFF boundary. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and the affected AMD display path; public records do not specify whether interruption takes the form of a hang, crash, or reboot.
