Authenticated code execution via extension validation failure
Published Oct 4, 2024 · Updated Oct 4, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in Shilpi Computers Client Dashboard before 9.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a malicious file. The file-upload path fails to enforce the specified extension restriction; CERT-In has not disclosed the endpoint, handler, or validation logic. A valid account and network access to the upload function are required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code in the application context.
