Authenticated stored script injection via unescaped page content

Stored cross-site scripting in Keap Official Opt-in Forms 2.0.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject browser scripts. The plugin stores contributor-supplied page content without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping, causing the content to execute as script when an injected page is opened. Successful exploitation requires Contributor-level access and a user to open an injected page; scripts then run within that user's browser origin.
