Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG uploads

Stored XSS in Sulu 2.0.0-RC1 through 2.5.20 and 2.6.0-RC1 through 2.6.4 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript via SVG uploads. The MediaBundle upload path accepts image/svg+xml content without inspecting script elements, event-handler attributes, JavaScript URLs, or data URIs. An account with Media-section upload access must store the payload, and another user must open the uploaded file; the code then runs in that user's browser, including an administrator's session.
