Application crash via NULL destination in decoder memcpy

NULL-pointer dereference in GStreamer gst-plugins-good before 1.24.10 allows context-dependent attackers to crash applications with crafted files. In gst_gdk_pixbuf_dec_flush, frame mapping can leave out_pix NULL, yet the row-copy loop passes it to memcpy as the destination. The affected gdk-pixbuf decoder must process a crafted input file, and successful exploitation terminates the consuming application with a segmentation fault.
