Cross-site scripting via unquoted body identifier

Cross-site scripting in NuGet Gallery after 2024.06.21 through 2024.09.25 allows remote attackers to run script in a victim's browser. The shared Gallery layout writes Url.Current() into the body element's unquoted id attribute, so a crafted request URL can introduce HTML attributes or markup. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted URL, after which script runs in the Gallery origin and can read origin-accessible data or alter displayed content.
