Application crash via invalid Matroska track caps

NULL pointer dereference in GStreamer before 1.24.10 allows context-dependent attackers to crash applications via crafted Matroska/WebM files. The gst_matroska_demux_update_tracks function passes invalid track caps to gst_caps_is_equal, after which gst_buffer_get_size dereferences a null GST_BUFFER_MEM_PTR result. Processing the crafted media file is required, and the resulting segmentation fault interrupts only the consuming application.
